Understanding Our Tiers

To cater to different levels of trust and security, we offer three membership tiers:

Platinum Plus+

Our highest most premium level of trust, covering ALL financial transactions with the roofer, ensuring customers have COMPLETE security and will never lose a penny when hiring a Platinum Plus+ approved professional.

Platinum Tier

A premium level of trust, covering up to £5000 of financial transactions with the roofer, ensuring customers have greater security when hiring a Platinum-approved professional.

Gold Tier

Includes all Silver benefits plus protection coverage for up to £1,500 of work carried out by the contractor.

Silver Tier

Confirms the roofer is vetted and verified as a legitimate business. Does not offer any level of protection of works carried out or of financial transactions.
